These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Telechargeables service ("Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By purchasing access to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.
By completing a purchase on the Telechargeables platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your country of residence), that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FRST Media Europe B.V. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
Telechargeables is a mobile content platform providing access to a library of digital entertainment including videos, films, music tracks, and related media content. Content is made available through your mobile browser — no dedicated app or software installation is required. The content catalogue is curated and updated regularly. Access is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Access to the Telechargeables content library requires an active subscription. The following pricing and billing terms apply:
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the stated rate until you cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure your mobile account is active and capable of processing carrier-billed SMS charges.
You may cancel your Telechargeables subscription at any time by sending STOP FLIX by SMS to 19001 — the same shortcode from which you received your subscription confirmation. You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging your cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the content library until the period for which you have already been charged comes to an end. We do not issue refunds for any partial billing period already charged. If you have difficulty cancelling by SMS, please contact us at info@telechargeables.com and we will assist you within two business days.
An active subscription gives you access to the full Telechargeables content library for the duration of your subscription. Content is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may browse, view, and use the materials for your own entertainment — you may not share access, distribute content, or make it available to third parties.
The content catalogue is updated regularly. Specific titles or content items may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. Access to the service depends on your mobile carrier connection.
Because Telechargeables provides immediate access to digital content upon subscription, we are generally unable to issue refunds for billing periods already charged. This is consistent with your rights under EU consumer law regarding digital content made available immediately upon purchase.
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed charge by emailing info@telechargeables.com with your mobile number, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
All content available through Telechargeables — including but not limited to video files, audio tracks, images, and interface elements — is protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Your active subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only, for the duration of your subscription.
No ownership of or title to any content is transferred to you. All intellectual property rights in the content and the Telechargeables platform remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Specific content items may be added, modified, or removed without notice. Access to the Service depends on your mobile network connection, which is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice by updating this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should cancel your subscription before they take effect.
